By using this website, you accept these terms. The guides provide general information about works council procedure in Germany and are not advice on a particular matter. No consultant-client relationship arises from browsing, downloading material or sending an enquiry. You remain responsible for statutory periods and for obtaining admitted legal representation where required.
Engagements
A service begins only when Module Wirehub and the instructing party agree a written scope, fee and date. The client must have authority to instruct us and is responsible for any necessary works council resolution or employer cost approval. We rely on the completeness and accuracy of supplied facts and must be told promptly about changed deadlines or documents.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated exclusive of German VAT unless expressly noted. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Additional document volumes, travel or work outside the agreed scope require approval before they are charged.
Intellectual property
Module Wirehub owns the site text, visual design, consultation notes and original handouts. A paying client receives a non-exclusive right to use delivered materials within its own council and workplace for the agreed purpose. Publication, resale, training of third parties or removal of attribution requires written permission. Statutory quotations and client-owned documents remain with their respective owners.
Appropriate use
You may not interfere with the site, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use the enquiry form to transmit unnecessary sensitive employee data. We may decline a matter involving a conflict, insufficient time, missing authority or work outside our competence.
Liability
We perform agreed services with reasonable professional care. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breach of an essential contractual duty and foreseeable typical loss. Website availability and general articles are provided without a guarantee of completeness or continued access.
Third-party links and images
Links and externally hosted editorial images may be provided for context. Their operators control availability and privacy practices. A link does not amount to endorsement of all third-party content.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding conflict rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted, Dresden is agreed as the venue.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms prospectively. The version agreed for an existing engagement continues to govern that engagement unless both parties agree otherwise. Questions may be sent to info@module-wirehub.digital.
