Make the decision traceable
A strong substantive position can be weakened by a defective invitation, uncertain quorum or minutes that do not show what was actually resolved. This clinic checks one planned or recently adopted resolution against the council’s procedural record.
We review the invitation and agenda, attendance information, draft wording and proposed minute entry. The discussion covers who may vote, whether substitute members were handled correctly, whether the subject was sufficiently announced and how the result should be recorded.
The clinic starts at €260 plus VAT for a 60-minute remote meeting and review of up to 15 pages. Reconstructing several past meetings or extensive minute sets is quoted after an initial file check.
This service does not certify a resolution as litigation-proof. It gives the council concrete drafting and procedure observations so members can correct avoidable weaknesses or seek legal representation where validity is disputed.
