Practise on situations the council actually receives
This half-day workshop is designed for established councils whose members approach recurring personnel or co-determination files differently. Before the date, the council supplies two anonymised examples. These become the basis for exercises on classification, completeness, deadlines, resolutions and employer correspondence.
Up to twelve participants can join. The standard format is three and a half hours plus a break, delivered remotely or at the council’s workplace in Germany. Participants receive a concise procedure sheet specific to the cases discussed.
Fees begin at €980 plus VAT. Travel from Dresden and overnight expenses, if required, are agreed separately. The workshop does not cover individual employee representation or provide mandatory statutory training certification.
