Privacy notice

How Module Wirehub handles enquiry, consultation and website data for its German works council advisory practice.

Controller

Module Wirehub, Level 9, 33 Prager Straße, Dresden 01069, Germany, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact info@module-wirehub.digital or +49 351 5550 3140 with a privacy question.

Data we receive

We process contact details, organisation and council role, enquiry text, appointment information, correspondence, billing records and documents supplied for an agreed consultation. Basic server logs may include IP address, request time, page, browser information and error data. Please redact employee health information, private addresses, bank data and unrelated personnel details before sending files.

Enquiries and pre-contract steps are handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Delivery, administration and billing of an engagement rely on the same basis. Legal record duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Site security, conflict checks and protection of legal claims rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, would rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a); none are currently activated.

Recipients and processors

Data may be handled by hosting, email, secure video, accounting and professional IT providers subject to appropriate contracts. It may be disclosed to advisers or public authorities where lawfully required. We do not sell personal data and do not provide council case files to advertisers.

International transfers

We prefer processing within the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data in a country without an EU adequacy decision, we use an available lawful safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary measures. Details of a relevant safeguard are available on request, subject to protected security information.

Retention

Unaccepted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Engagement files are retained for six years after completion unless a longer statutory period, unresolved claim or agreed council need applies. Accounting records are generally retained for ten years. Security logs are ordinarily removed within 30 days. Preference storage remains until deleted in your browser.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority; in Saxony this is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.

Security and automated decisions

We use access controls, encrypted transport, backups and data-minimisation practices appropriate to the information handled. No solely automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects for visitors or clients.

Contact form

The form sends the fields you enter to a static demonstration endpoint in this website build and shows a response state. Do not use it for urgent court matters or sensitive employee records; email us first to agree an appropriate transfer route.

This notice may be updated when providers or legal requirements change. Material revisions will carry a new effective date.
