Works council procedure review
One active employer measure, preliminary review of up to 30 pages, a 90-minute appointment for up to four council participants and a written action note. This is the usual starting point when a response period is already running.
Resolution and minutes clinic
A 60-minute remote meeting and review of up to 15 pages relating to one resolution. The fee increases where several meetings must be reconstructed or substitute-member questions require a wider record.
Participation-rights case workshop
A tailored half-day for up to twelve participants, using two anonymised council cases. Travel from Dresden, accommodation and venue costs are agreed separately.
What changes an estimate
We quote before beginning if the file exceeds the stated page allowance, several measures are intertwined, collective agreements require separate analysis, same-day preparation is requested or written drafting extends beyond the action note. Ongoing negotiation support is priced by scope rather than presented as an automatic monthly retainer.
Approval and invoicing
The council receives a written scope and fee before confirming. Please ensure that any required council resolution and employer cost-approval process is handled before instruction. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
