Why Module Wirehub exists
Works councils often receive consequential notices in ordinary-looking emails: a transfer, new time-recording arrangement, grading decision or draft rule. Members must understand the measure, organise a meeting and respond while continuing their usual work. Module Wirehub was formed in Dresden to make that procedural task more manageable.
Our work concentrates on the bridge between the incoming documents and the council’s formal next step. We help members sort facts from assumptions, identify the participation route, formulate useful information requests and prepare a traceable decision record.
Lead consultant
Mara Neumann leads consultations and workshops. Her background combines employee-representation education, facilitation of committee meetings and twelve years of work with council procedure files in manufacturing, logistics and social services. She works in English and German; this website and the services described here are available in English.
Where a matter needs advocacy reserved to an admitted lawyer, labour-court representation or specialist tax advice, Module Wirehub says so early. We maintain referral relationships but do not receive a fee for referrals.
Working principles
- Start with the source record. Dates, notice wording and attachments come before abstract argument.
- Respect the council’s mandate. Advice equips elected members to decide; it does not replace their vote.
- Separate certainty from judgement. We distinguish statutory requirements, plausible interpretations and unresolved factual questions.
- Collect only what is needed. Employee records should be redacted wherever personal detail is irrelevant to the procedure.
Meetings are available by video throughout Germany and in person at our Dresden office. On-site workshops can be arranged with sufficient lead time.
